Wired2Perform provides the capability to integrate it's calendar tasks under Calendar in to your ClickUp spaces and vise versa. This will save you the hassle of manually transferring the tasks you took down during a meeting in Wired2Perform to ClickUp.
Practical Scenario
Imagine you are organizing a meeting with your software engineers to discuss what tasks needs to be done in the next work week. And as the project manager, you will break down different tasks to meet your objectives by the end of the week with the meeting participants feedback. So as the project manager, you need to know from where these tasks you created originated from, who were the participants in the discussion, what was the day and time, who is responsible to complete the task, And notify the assignee of the task . To meet this need you will create tasks in the relevant Wired2Perform Calendar event to organize tasks based on meetings.
Now, you need these tasks to reflect in you company project management tool ClickUp. Manually transferring these tasks will be a tedious process. There for you as the project manager will enable automatically sync tasks to ClickUp feature using the below steps.
Go to Wired2Perform Calendar via the main menu bar. And ensure your Gmail or Out look calendar is synced with Wired2Perform calendar.
2. Open a calendar event with the relevant meeting tasks you want to sync to ClickUp.
3. Click on the 'Tools' tab in the calendar event.
4. The Tasks section will be the on the right hand side in the 'Tools' screen.
5. Click on the 'Login ClickUp' button in the 'Tasks' section.
6. It will open the ClickUp Sign-In page. Enter your ClickUp space credentials and connect to your workspace.
7. Now the 'Login ClickUp' button should change to 'Logout' ClickUp. This will conform to you that you have successfully logged in to your clickup account in Wired2Perform.
8. Once you have entered some tasks in the 'Tasks' section. Click on the 3 dots to sync those tasks too ClickUp.
9. Set the ClickUp 'List' path you want to sync the tasks to and click on 'Sync Task'.
10. Once you have synced the task of your choice, the ClickUp logo will appear next to the task confirming the task has been synced.
11. If you want to verify the task is reflecting in ClickUp, go to your ClickUp account List path you set in Wired2Perform.
12. If you want to sync more tasks, Go click on the 3 dots, and click 'Sync to ClickUp', and this time the 'List' path you set earlier will be set by default and all you have to do is click 'Sync Task'.
Note: The following fields will be synced to click up from Wired2Perfor and wise versa.

13. Sub tasks of a task will automatically sync if you have Synced that task to ClickUp.
14. In order to create Sub Tasks or add a description to the task, click on the main task and it will open a side panel where you can enter the sub tasks and description.
