(A) Subscription category

First of all, you have to be an Enterprise category user to get access to the Talent pool feature in Wired2Perform.

Only Admin and HR roles have access to the following Talent pool features (Enterprise Admin and Enterprise HR).

(B) How to invite people to register as applicants in your organization talent pool

Navigate to Applicants screen - app.wired2perform.com/home/applicant-list

Click on ‘Invite’ or ‘Invite Applicants’.

‘Add Applicants’ popup is opened. Enter emails of the applicants and click on the ‘Invite’ button to send invitation email notifications to them.

‘Add Applicants’ popup is opened. Enter emails of the applicants and click on the ‘Invite’ button to send invitation email notifications to them.

Invite applicants example:

Navigate to Applicants screen and click on ‘Invite Applicants’

Enter emails of the applicants and click on the ‘Invite’ button to send invitation email notifications.

Just after sending the invitations, you are able to see those applicants’ email list on the ‘Applicant subscriptions’ screen.

Here is the invitation email which is sent to each applicant.

Assume 4 out of 5 applicants get registered and become applicants in your organization’s talent pool.

The email of the applicant who doesn’t get registered can be seen on the ‘Applicant subscriptions’ screen.

It says ‘There are 4 locked applicants’, so you can click the ‘Unlock in Applicants screen’ button to see who they are.

Once clicked ‘Unlock in Applicants screen’, you are redirected to ‘Applicants’ screen.

Now in there, you can see 4 people have registered and 2 of them have done the Wired2Perform behavior test and the other 2 haven’t.

(C) How to view the people registered as applicants in talent pool

Assume you want to see the profiles of the 2 applicants who have done the test.

For that you have to click the ‘Unlock’ button which is on their profile cards. But here when you click ‘Unlock’, the application throws a message saying that you have not enough subscriptions to view applicants profiles. That means you have to buy applicant subscriptions to unlock and view their profiles for hiring purposes.

Click the icon which is on the top right hand corner of ‘remaining subscriptions’, you are redirected to the ‘Applicant subscriptions’ screen.

Click ‘Create Subscription’ on the ‘Applicant subscriptions’ screen.

You are redirected to the Chargify page to buy applicant subscriptions.

Subscription plan:

One applicant group costs $250. You are able to unlock and view 10 applicant profiles under 1 applicant group.

Assume you buy 2 applicant groups for $500. Now you are able to unlock and view up to 20 applicant profiles.

Click on the ‘Unlock in Applicants Screen’ button to navigate to the Applicants screen.

There are 2 ways that you can unlock an applicant:

Single unlock:

Multiple unlock:

Here I am using the multiple unlock method.

Now you can see the profile information of the applicants.

Unlocked applicants are eligible for talent matching in the Analytics screen.

Only Admin, HR and Team Lead roles of the organization have access to this ‘Talent Pool’ tab in the Analytics screen.

(D) How to recruit applicants

Navigate to Applicants screen - app.wired2perform.com/home/applicant-list

Right click on the applicant that you want to recruit, and click ‘Recruit Applicant’.

Select the subscription type that you want to assign and click ‘Accept’.
