Show Agenda Items, Meeting Notes, and Tasks counts

Multiselect functionality - the list doesn't get reset when deselecting the selected applicants.
Once a registered user invited, direct him to the Applicants screen upon accepting the invitation.
'Add Applicants' popup in all places - show the header text in one line.
Fixed - applicant' names are not properly displayed just after unlocking.
