In order to improve your organization’s productivity, you need to assemble teams with members that work together synergistically. Using Wired2Perform, you can create team profiles and bring together employees with any desired combination of traits and characteristics. 

  1. To get started, hover on the Team icon on the menu bar and click Profile.

Once you click Team, there’ll be 3 options from a dropdown menu. Select Profile

Using the Profile page, you can create custom filters to identify the most suitable combination of employees for a given team. 

2. Before you select the appropriate characteristics, fill in the relevant details like the Team Profile Name and Team Size. Filling in the Members Title, Members Department, and Skills fields are optional. 

For this example, we’re creating a Content team with just two people. 

The Skills field acts as an immediate filter. Should you select a skill assigned to a member on your list, all other members without that skill will be excluded from the search results. 

3. To select the appropriate characteristics and their ideal propensity, click the desired white arrow down button on the right. 

This will expand the characteristic and let you select the required propensity expressed as a percentage range. The value above the percentage range indicates the number of members who have that characteristic in that intensity. 

If you wish to look at all the characteristics at once, click the green Expand Tabs button in the top-right corner.

Similarly, click Collapse Tabs to minimize them. 

4. As we’re looking to create a Content team in this example, navigate to the Creativity tab and select Creative.

5. As you can see, there’s only one employee with the Original characteristic in the 50-60% range. Select them, and since there’s only a single person, put in the number 1.  

6. To provide balance to the team, let’s select one member who’s Anchored and predominantly Practical

We’ve now selected two people for our team with the requisite characteristics. Click the blue Save Profile button below the Team Profile form to create your content team.

Your team profile is now accessible from the 'Team' sub-menu item called 'List'. Click on the new team profile you created.

Within the team profile, you can look through the appropriate employees with the characteristics you selected.
