The ‘Career Report’ is where Wired2Perform proves its ability to be a truly effective career planning tool.

Based on your results, our platform shows you, not just what kind of jobs you would perform well in, but also what you desire in your work environment and what kind of results you expect to achieve.

As you can see from the image above, the kind of tasks this user would excel in includes directing people, building consensus within and among teams, and being supportive and patient, among many other redeeming qualities.

The second column indicates the kind of roles you are more likely to excel in. For this user, this includes being a coach, trainer, or community networker.

Based on the kind of environment you work in, the third column indicates the kind of tasks/behaviors/attitudes that you’re likely to excel in and display in the workplace. In this scenario, the user is good at human interaction, is flexible, and respects other team members.

In terms of the rewards you’re likely to enjoy, the kind of workplace tasks you prefer would include the items displayed in the fourth column of this page. While your own results may vary, this user, for instances, desires the ability to make friends, enjoys recognition, and requires public contact.

The next section, which is the ‘Recommendations for Career Questions’ looks at the aspects of your personality you need to reflect on, in order to unlock greater performance, engagement, and satisfaction in the workplace.

If you go through the questions in the sample results above, you will see that it aims to help you understand how you think and operate, even in less than ideal situations.

With these aspects of your behavior and thought patterns unlocked, you can use this information to contribute more meaningfully in the workplace.
