The ‘Compatibility’ section of your report is one of the most interesting parts of your whole Wired2Perform experience. It’s here that you discover the other Wired2Perform personalities you’re likely to work better with and which profiles require you to modify some of your behaviors and thinking patterns for.

As you can see below, this is represented in a grid comparing how well leaders and teammates, each belonging to a distinct personality, interact.

As indicated on the bottom-right, maximum behavior modification is represented in dark green, a fair degree of modification is represented by a lighter shade of green, and minimum modification is denoted by the palest shade of green.

According to these results, the user, who is a community builder, works easily with facilitators, adapters, relationship builders, engagers, and fellow community builders.

A certain level of modification is required when he/she works with a reflective thinker or a stylish thinker. Maximum modification is reserved for influencers, initiators, and strategists.
