How do I interpret the ‘Behavior’ (Work Talents) section of my report?

‘Work Talents’ is an important area of your results, giving you an idea about how likely you are to display certain key characteristics in the workplace.

Results Drive

Results drive measures how much of a rational and quick decision-maker a given user is. According to these results, the user is someone who patiently builds relationships with others.

Creativity

Creativity, in this context, refers to how an individual uses their imagination to solve problems. With a score of 10%, this user prefers going forward with known pathways rather than pursuing new and novel options.

Promoting and Influencing

This factor refers to users who are expressive and those who communicate well. They also get energized by the people around them. With a score of 72%, this individual is someone who is outgoing and connects with many people.

Risk Behavior

People with higher scores may indicate a greater willingness to take risks. Anyone with scores on the lower-end tends to make cautious and calculated decisions.

Scheduling Work 

In this category, high scorers are associated with systematic work and being well-prepared. A score of 14 indicates that the user is flexible but may not be organized enough.
