This section shows you what your two strongest behaviors and biases are. As such, it’s important to read this area carefully and understand how these behaviors manifest in the workplace.
Accordingly, these results indicate that the user in question may be too outgoing. As outlined, this may include being too open with information and making emotional decisions. The user is also likely to be content with their circumstances, causing them to fail to initiate action when it’s needed.
The ‘Work Life’ section also tells you what your biases are. These are indicated in the right-hand column and in this case, show that the user may set unrealistic goals and may reject working and strategizing with others when necessary.
He/she may also be overly focused on success and may not realize what resources are needed to execute workplace tasks.
While constructive criticism can still be a tough pill to swallow, take this information seriously and try to understand when you’re likely to display this behavior. With a little introspection, you may be able to harness your outgoing and content nature for the better!
