So you’ve taken the test. Not sure where to start with your results?

The first section you see is the ‘Summary’ section. This gives you an overview of the specific personality profile that matches the responses you submitted to our test.

In the first subsection, you gain an understanding of where you fall on our behavioral spectrum. This sample test shows the results of an adapter, who falls in-between being results-oriented and relationship-oriented.

The section on the right denotes to which degree a given individual displays certain characteristic behaviors. The distribution of this line, ultimately, determines your personality profile.

After that, the ‘Summary’ section of your results dives into specific factors that affect your performance and satisfaction in the workplace. According to the image below, an adaptor requires a variety of tasks and responsibilities in order to truly leverage his/her unique flexibility.

He or she also seeks a balance between working with other people and completing tasks independently in order to be truly productive.

The other sections in the ‘Summary’ of your report also examine your wants in terms of teammates, fears, what helps you perform, and how to improve your decision-making, among other indicators.

Make sure you read and understand each area of the ‘Summary’ before you move onto the other sections - it’ll help you make sense of what you need to do to truly enjoy and optimise your working experience!
